It'll probably be perfect for you as Agile is very well suited for web projects where the environment is very dynamic (lots of changes, etc...). In case you're new to Project Management, I suggest you read the <a href='http://www.pmhut.com/a-project-management-primer' rel="nofollow">Project Management Primer</a>, which is a series of articles that will probably teach you Project Management from A to Z. Once you learn the basics, you can then move to Agile. Have you considered Agile Project Management as a methodology? It’ll probably be perfect for you as Agile is very well suited for web projects where the environment is very dynamic (lots of changes, etc…).

In case you’re new to Project Management, I suggest you read the Project Management Primer, which is a series of articles that will probably teach you Project Management from A to Z. Once you learn the basics, you can then move to Agile.
